Purpose of the position:

CTR, CTA, PPC, CPV, CPC, SEO – others may think that these are licence plate numbers, but you already got excited about a well established analytics system. If you’ve already managed online campaigns, you’ve managed digital ads; if you are an expert in social media platforms; if you can immerse yourself in the depths of Google but still think twice before taking the results for granted; if you’re constantly following digital trends and you are the one editing Wikipedia’s page about online KPIs as a side hustle, we are definitely looking for you!


You will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will be the owner of our brands, lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and lead the marketing team.

Tasks that you will take on:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of CraftHub’s digital marketing strategy
  • Proposing and managing the annual marketing plan
  • Leading and managing the marketing team and supporting the execution of the annual plan, setting and tracking marketing KPIs, closely monitoring all marketing metrics
  • Managing the overall marketing budget
  • Working together with the company’s other teams to diagnose development areas and identify opportunities and support them with marketing initiatives & activities
  • Identifying, implementing and managing the most effective marketing tools, best practices to create awareness of the agreed key communication messages
  • Maintaining efficient working relationships with media & creative agencies, business partners
  • Continuous optimization of our platforms and reach, enhancing digital experience, increasing cost/revenue efficiency
  • Actively working on promotions and marketing campaigns, including definition of key communication messages, creative design, ensuring brand consistency

Essential Experience / Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of previous experience as a marketing specialist, potentially at an agency
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing
  • English and Hungarian proficiency is a must
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, etc.)
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in leading marketing campaigns 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills, able to create and present reports and forecasts
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills, enabling collaboration with colleagues across functions and levels
  • Customer-oriented thinking and innovative attitude
  • Open personality with system thinking mindset
